This is a 1099 independent contractor position — not a W-2 employee role. You will be responsible for your own taxes. If you are not interested in 1099 contract work, please do not apply.
- Housing and relocation assistance are NOT provided. You must already live in (or within reliable commuting distance of) the Kennebunk/Wells area.
- Weekend availability is required. If you cannot work weekends, please do not apply.
- Pay is issued on a biweekly pay period.

Our front desk operates 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM daily. We're hiring multiple coordinators to cover, and there is flexibility in how shifts are divided — but weekend availability is a must:
The Opportunity
We're looking for a high-energy, local-savvy Guest Experience Coordinator to be the operational heartbeat of our boutique coastal property. This is a boots-on-the-ground role: you're the bridge between the morning turnover and the afternoon check-ins, making sure every unit is 100% guest-ready and every detail is perfect.

What You'll Do
- The Final Audit: Walk through units after cleaning to ensure our high standards are met — from the perfect tuck of the linens to the welcome gift on the table.
- Experience Prep: Get all guest amenities ready for the day, including prepping our "Adventure Gear" (bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas) and keeping common areas tidy.
- Guest Concierge: Assist guests checking out or arriving early, and share insider tips on the best local spots while their room is being prepped.
- Quality Control: Work with our maintenance and housekeeping teams to flag and resolve issues immediately.
- Surprise & Delight: Help curate special touches for guests celebrating milestones, using your local knowledge to source the perfect treats.
Who You Are
- Detail-Oriented: You notice the small things — a crooked frame, a missing towel — and you fix them.
- A Local Expert: You know the Kennebunk/Wells area and love sharing your favorite off-the-beaten-path spots.
- Efficient & Proactive: You manage your own time well and check off the list before your shift ends.
- Reliable: You're the person the team counts on to keep the property show-ready. We offer $200 bonus for no call outs every 30 days.
Requirements
- Consistent availability for the schedule above, including weekends (non-negotiable)
- Availability through the full summer season (now–October)
- Comfort with 1099 independent contractor status (you handle your own taxes)
- Physical ability to navigate the property grounds and perform unit audits
- Reliable transportation to the Kennebunk area (no housing or relocation provided)
