Leasing Consultant (Part-Time) – Lapeer, MI
Looking for a job where you can chat with people, show off beautiful apartments, and help someone find their next home? MRD Apartments is hiring a Part-Time Leasing Consultant in Lapeer, MI!
Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8AM–5PM
- Saturdays required: 10AM–2PM
What You’ll Do:
- Give tours and help future residents fall in love with the community
- Answer calls, questions, and resident requests with great customer service
- Keep the leasing office welcoming, organized, and upbeat
- Process applications and lease paperwork
- Help market available apartments online
- Be part of a positive, team-focused environment
What They’re Looking For:
- Friendly, energetic people-person
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; Yardi/Rent Café experience is a bonus!)
- Someone who brings positivity, accountability, and enthusiasm every day
