WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Every day is hands-on.
You'll learn how to:
- Perform oil changes and maintenance services
- Rotate and balance tires
- Perform vehicle inspections
- Check and replace filters
- Check fluid levels and vehicle systems
- Assist senior technicians
- Learn diagnostics and repair procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Deliver exceptional service to customers
As your skills grow, your responsibilities and earning potential grow too.

This position is perfect for someone who:
✔ Already has basic automotive repair knowledge
✔ Has performed oil changes, brakes, tire services, or maintenance work
✔ Likes solving problems

Bonus Points For:
Automotive school students or graduates
Previous shop experience
ASE certification (not required)
Virginia State Inspector License (not required)
