We’re looking for an incredible dance teacher to join an incredible team!
Time to Shine Performing Arts is seeking a passionate, energetic, and kid-centered Dance Instructor who loves teaching and believes that dance should build both strong dancers and confident kids.

THE ROLE
- Teach engaging, age-appropriate classes in styles including ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, and hip hop
- Create a positive, structured classroom where students can grow and thrive
- Provide meaningful corrections and encouragement to help students reach their potential
- Plan lessons and prepare students for showcases, productions, and performances
- Communicate professionally with families and collaborate with the T2S teaching team
- Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:
- An experienced and passionate dancer and teacher
- Excellent with children of all ages and skill levels
- A strong classroom manager who can balance high expectations with encouragement
- Reliable, professional, creative, and enthusiastic
- A team player who is excited to collaborate and continue growing as an educator
- Experienced in multiple dance styles; theatre/musical theatre experience is a plus
