What You'll Do
- Lead daily service operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Manage technician productivity, workflow, and shop capacity
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Coach and develop a high-performing team
- Drive efficiency, profitability, and continuous improvement
- Partner with ownership to help scale an already successful operation
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of automotive industry experience
- Franchise experience preferred, but not required
- Strong understanding of flat-rate technician management
- Proven ability to manage workload, people, and process simultaneously
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A relentless commitment to customer satisfaction
Schedule
Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
This is a growth position—not a replacement. You'll be joining a stable, high-performing team with
active ownership, modern facilities, and the opportunity to help shape the future of one of the
region's premier service operations.
