- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful completion of operational initiatives.
- Drive process improvements through lean management principles, streamlining workflows and eliminating inefficiencies across departments.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, business development efforts, and organizational growth initiatives.
- Supervise operational managers and team leaders, providing guidance on managerial communication, team development, and leadership best practices.

Qualifications
- Proven management experience with a strong background in business management, operations management, or related fields.
- Extensive financial management experience including profit & loss analysis and budget oversight.
- Proficiency in Excel data analysis for reporting and strategic insights.
- Demonstrated success in project management, process improvement, and lean management methodologies.
- Experience leading executive-level teams with effective managerial communication skills.
- Strong background in team development, leadership, and supervising diverse teams within a fast-paced environment.
- Business development experience with a focus on driving sales growth through operational strategies.
- Exceptional strategic planning abilities coupled with data-driven decision-making skills.
