Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Upsell additional services or products to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role is required.
- Sales experience is required.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Ability to upsell services or products confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction.
- A positive attitude with a focus on providing outstanding service to every guest.
