The Senior Solution Architect defines and governs the solution architecture for Outpatient Phase 3 registration capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Define target-state and transitional solution architecture for Outpatient Phase 3 capabilities, including application, integration, data, cloud, security, and operational concerns.
Guide engineering teams on architecture patterns, service boundaries, API contracts, cloud services, deployment models, identity/SSO, observability, and reliability requirements.
Review and approve technical designs, POCs, architecture decisions, standards, and implementation approaches.
Partner with product owners and business analysts to translate roadmap priorities and functional needs into feasible solution increments.
Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams on CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, containerization, environment readiness, and release support.
Identify and manage architecture risks, dependencies, non-functional requirements, and technical debt.
Support troubleshooting of complex issues by connecting functional behavior, integration flows, infrastructure, logging, and application design.

Education and Experience:
10+ years of application engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise technology delivery experience preferred for senior architecture execution.
Strong background in software engineering, cloud architecture, API/microservices design, data integration, DevOps, security, and production supportability.
Experience guiding teams through design reviews, technical tradeoffs, modernization planning, and complex delivery execution.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare registration or patient-facing digital product architecture experience.
GCP and Azure cloud experience, hybrid modernization exposure, and knowledge of observability/security patterns.
Level / Context Differentiators:
Architecture emphasis: owns solution coherence, technical governance, non-functional requirements, modernization alignment, and delivery risk reduction.
Working Conditions:
Office or remote/hybrid delivery environment depending on program staffing model.
Requires collaboration across time zones and coordination with onshore, near-shore, and offshore delivery teams where applicable.
Requires regular use of computer equipment, collaboration tools, Agile work management tools, and technical delivery platforms.
May require occasional flexibility for release events, production support needs, stakeholder workshops, or critical delivery milestones.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $42.99/hour - $67.18/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
