Seeking a Front Desk Representative/Patient Experience Coordinator to join our busy Orthopedic Office in Poulsbo, WA. Looking for someone who is flexible and wants to learn/be a part of a medical office team caring for patients. This person should enjoy a dynamic and ever changing work environment and love working with people! This position is the heart of the clinic. They are the first person patients see when they enter for their appointments.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Welcoming patients to the clinic, checking them in on the computer and reviewing demographic and financial information
- Helping to coordinate patient flow so that patients, providers, and team members have a great experience in the clinic
- Answering and returning phone calls, scheduling patients, checking insurances, reviewing faxes, etc

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years in a customer service focused position
- Confident with computers and learning new software systems
Average of 4 full days per week
Wage: $19-24/hr+, Depending on Experience and Educational Background
