Neighborhood Sales Representative | 1099 Independent Contractor
Rolling Suds of Collierville-Southaven is looking for confident, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our growing Neighborhood Sales Team throughout Collierville, TN and surrounding Mid-South communities.
This is a field-based sales opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working independently, and having their income directly tied to their performance. You'll connect with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods, identify exterior cleaning needs, introduce them to Rolling Suds services, provide estimates, and build your own customer base.
You don't need pressure-washing experience. We'll provide training on our services, pricing, estimating, systems, and how to have effective conversations with potential customers. What we're looking for is someone who's dependable, coachable, comfortable approaching new people, and motivated to earn.
What You'll Do
- Connect with homeowners throughout assigned service areas
- Identify visible exterior cleaning needs and introduce appropriate Rolling Suds services
- Generate and follow up with your own leads
- Provide estimates using company pricing tools and guidelines
- Look for opportunities to expand services based on the customer's property needs
- Build relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
- Accurately track prospects, estimates, sales, and customer activity in company systems
- Professionally represent the Rolling Suds brand in the community
Compensation & Opportunity

- $500/month ramp-up stipend available during the first 90 days when required activity standards are met

Pay: $45,487.15 - $54,780.22 per year
