What you will do: A day in the life of a Health Service Administrator (HSA) at MJTC is rarely the same, HARD WORK, EXCITING, IMPACTFUL, and very REWARDING. As an HSA at Mansfield Juvenile Treatment Center, you will be primarily responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the medical department, ensuring adherence to the healthcare guidelines, and implementing safety standards for our youth. This is a 100% onsite position. Duties include but are not limited to:
Manage student healthcare according to their needs,
Assist medical, psychiatric, and dental providers on-site and/or via telehealth,
Maintain resident medical files,
Enforce facility rules, policies, and routines,
Supervise 1-2 registered nurses at the site.
