Responsibilities
- Maintain sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for both clients and staff.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored beauty solutions.
- Assist with front desk operations including scheduling appointments, managing retail sales, and upselling products and services.
- Mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills in cosmetology and barbering techniques.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license is required.
- Proven experience in hair styling, must.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team member
