Cobex Construction Group is seeking motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are motivated by performance-based income.
In this role, you will meet directly with homeowners through company-provided leads as well as self-generated opportunities, perform exterior inspections, and provide customers with roofing and exterior solutions that best fit their needs. The ideal candidate is confident, professional, self-motivated, and comfortable with face-to-face customer interactions.
This position offers training, ongoing support, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for long-term growth within one of the fastest-growing exterior companies in the region.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners through company-provided leads as well as self-generated opportunities
- Perform exterior inspections and provide homeowners with professional roofing and exterior recommendations
- Educate customers on roofing and potentially siding, windows, and exterior restoration solutions
- Utilize CRM software, including HubSpot, to track leads, appointments, customer interactions, and sales activity
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales and project process
- Negotiate and close deals while maintaining professionalism and integrity
- Collaborate with project management and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Stay informed on roofing systems, industry trends, and product offerings to effectively communicate value to homeowners
- Attend team meetings, sales trainings, and ongoing professional development opportunities
- Represent Cobex Construction Group professionally within the community
Skills
- Previous outside sales experience preferred
- Experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement sales is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset and strong work ethic
- Comfortable with face-to-face customer interactions and canvassing
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly HubSpot, is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads, appointments, and follow-ups simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
