Junk King is open 7 days a week. We start between 7-8am every day, the day ends when the schedule is complete. Some days it's 2 o'clock, some days it's 5:30, and some times we have longer days if the schedule is full. No two days are the same, it's a constantly changing environment with an atmosphere HEAVILY built upon team attitude, trust, positivity, honesty, and reliability.
Applicants Must:
- Have strong Customer Service/ People Skills
- Have reliable transportation to and from work
- Sense of Duty and Responsibility
- Should be able to lift 75 lbs. Safely
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing.
- Zero issues with reliability, we're looking for candidates that will show up on time, ready to go, with a positive attitude. We have a zero drama environment, built on positivity
This job includes:
- Sales: Onsite selling, up-selling, CUSTOMER SERVICE. Following Sales Program and Protocol provided.
- Truck Operations: Safety, Empathy, Communication, Teamwork.
- Junk Removal: Heavy lifting and removal of junk from business, residential, and government sites
Pay is a combination of Hourly, Tips, KPI Bonuses . No one currently on staff averages less than $20/hour all combined, Several crew members hover around $30/hour or more. The amount of effort, and time you put into learning the system, the more money you will make.
