- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety procedures and actively participating in the safety program.

Wear all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as specified for each area.
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Complete all documentation using Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Ensure all quality standards are met or exceeded.

Ensure housekeeping and 5S activities are completed throughout and at the end of each shift.

Perform standard quality control testing on incoming raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods

Report test results and record data in SAP
- Utilize problem solving skills in efforts to eliminate any issues identified.
- Complete and maintain the required quality records and/or documents

Maintain keep stock program for lab supplies

Pursue development training i.e. Lean Six Sigma Certification, ISO Internal Audit Certification
- Associate’s degree in sciences or prior experience in QC laboratory role

Knowledgeable in the use of laboratory equipment and instruments
- Good communication skills – verbal and written
- Good observation skills and an analytical perspective
- Good practical problem-solving skills
- Able to work well in fast-paced, team environment
- Computer literate – MS office / SAP experience highly desirable

Ability to work effectively with other employees
- Well-developed planning and organizational skills including the ability to work independently, prioritize, meet targets, and manage workload

The salary range for this role is $50,000.00 to $60,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
