We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Infant Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in classroom management and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a crucial role in developing lesson plans, guiding students through their educational journey, and collaborating with other educators to ensure that all students receive the support they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
- Educate students in various subjects, including literacy education, math, and physical education.
- Provide support and guidance to students, fostering their academic and personal growth.
- Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in daycare settings or early childhood education is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in behavior management and classroom management techniques.
- Calm and caring demeanor with children.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Pay: $14.50 - $17.00 per hour
