Seasonal Embroidery Production Associate

Pay: $15.00–$18.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time or part-time seasonal
Hours: Daytime schedule, Monday–Friday between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM
Seasonal through: December 23, 2026
Experience: No embroidery or production experience required
About the Role
Burghardt Sporting Goods is looking for dependable, hands-on Seasonal Embroidery Production Associates to support our Embroidery Department during the busy holiday season.
No previous embroidery or production experience is required. We’ll train you on the tasks you need to know.
This is an entry-level production role focused on preparing garments, finishing embroidered apparel, organizing work, and helping our embroidery technicians keep production moving efficiently.
We are open to hiring one full-time seasonal employee or two part-time seasonal employees, depending on availability.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare garments by removing packaging and organizing items for embroidery.
- Trim excess backing and loose threads from completed embroidered garments.
- Assist with placing and removing embroidery hoops as trained.
- Stage garments and move work between production areas.
- Gather supplies and assist embroidery technicians with production support.
- Keep garments, work orders, supplies, and work areas organized.
- Help with other straightforward production tasks during busy periods.

- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work.
- Able to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Willing to learn and help wherever needed.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a production team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and move throughout much of the workday.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand tasks such as trimming threads and handling garments.
- Ability to lift and move boxes, garments, and supplies as needed.
- Comfortable working in an active production environment.
Schedule
Hours will generally fall within our daytime production schedule, Monday through Friday between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
