Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, provide a good customer experience , friendly attentiveness for all customers is expected by all staff members.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Clear tables efficiently by bussing and resetting for incoming guests, ensuring cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Assist with basic food preparation or kitchen support when needed, demonstrating flexibility within the food industry environment
Experience
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and order accuracy are essential
