This is a first-party collections role where you will work directly with customers to resolve past-due consumer and commercial accounts. You will manage inbound and outbound collection calls, discuss outstanding balances, and help customers identify solutions for credit card and loan accounts.
As a Customer Service Representative – Account Solutions, you will be responsible for balancing account recovery goals with a professional, respectful, and empathetic customer experience. You will also be expected to maintain compliance and meet established goals for quality, productivity, and schedule adherence.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
Training Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
What You Will Do
- Manage inbound and outbound collection calls regarding past-due consumer and commercial accounts
- Work with customers to resolve outstanding balances on credit card and loan accounts
- Discuss account solutions while maintaining a professional, respectful, and empathetic approach
- Manage a daily collections caseload and prioritize follow-up activities
- Meet performance goals for quality, productivity, adherence, and account resolution
