Job Overview
We are looking to hire a Parts Counterperson that is interested in growing with us. You will be fulfilling the requests for parts and accessories to both technicians and the retail parts counter and report directly to a Parts Manager. Both experienced & inexperienced are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Managed inventory control, tracking, and ordering for automotive parts and accessories using proprietary cataloging systems.
- Assisted retail customers and professional mechanics in diagnosing needs and locating correct OEM or aftermarket parts.
- Maintained a high level of automotive product knowledge, including components for engines, brakes, electrical systems, and suspension.
- Utilized electronic parts catalogs (EPC) and point-of-sale (POS) systems daily to process orders and handle returns.
