The SkyBar Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service in a high-energy, upscale, and guest-focused environment. This role combines mixology, customer service, and bar management skills to create memorable experiences in line with SkyBeach Resort’s “barefoot luxury” brand.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and quality standards.
Provide exceptional guest service, engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain knowledge of all menu items, specials, and promotions to provide recommendations and upsell when appropriate.
Ensure bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
Assist with inventory management, including restocking, tracking usage, and reporting low-stock items.
Coordinate with barbacks and other support staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Monitor guest consumption to ensure responsible alcohol service.
Set up and break down bar stations for each shift and special events.
Follow all resort safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately when required.
Attend staff meetings and training sessions to maintain skill and product knowledge.
