Position Details:
- Full-Time Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
- Pediatric experience preferred, not required
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Proficient with electronic medical records (EMR)

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical histories.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations utilizing laboratory results, medical imaging, sonography, and other diagnostic tools.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions across various specialties including internal medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, emergency medicine, behavioral health, and hospice & palliative medicine.
- Document all patient interactions accurately within EMR/EHR systems ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Engage in health coaching and patient education to promote wellness and disease prevention strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with our clinical team.
Qualifications
- Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license with current certification.
- Demonstrated experience with EMR/EHR systems
- Experience working with diverse patient populations including children (pediatrics), infants or individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges.
- Knowledge of CPT coding, ICD coding (ICD-9/10)
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of patient safety and care quality.
- Strong communication skills for effective triage assessments and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Pay: $82,330.55 - $99,150.77 per year
