Club Pilates Assistant Manager Job Description
Club Pilates is the nation’s leading Pilates franchise with more than 900 locations open across the United States and Canada. We are currently expanding our team and seeking a qualified Assistant Manager who is focused on driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service for our premier fitness brand. DUTIES:
attend teacher training to become certified as a Club Pilates Instructor
assist as day to day contact for studio staff and members
assist daily operations of studios
assist with lead generation including grass roots marketing and partnerships
assist with membership and retail sales
assist with retail upload and inventory management
assist with membership retention efforts
participate in weekly sales meetings with corporate and other management staff
independently make decisions related to high level customer service
responsible for all email blasts sent to new members and existing members each week
manage studio events
collect outstanding client dues
maintain cleanliness and organization of the studios
enforce studio policies and procedures
schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
assist with intro classes + intro missed sales
coordinate with team and prepare for upcoming promotions
assist with social media and studio imagery
any other duties as assigned
back up person for emergencies, sub requests, teacher, and sales associate shift coverage as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
This is a part time position (25 hours). Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with weekend and holiday availability. Must be available on weekends and some holidays
2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
Confident in generating personal sales and training reps
Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
Management or supervisory experience preferred
Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
Must be solution based and results oriented, competitive spirit
Ability to recognize areas of improve and make changes using good judgement
Affinity and passion for fitness
Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Proficiency in gym software and point of sale
College degree preferred
COMPENSATION & PERKS:
This position is hourly plus bonus if sales goals are met/exceeded
