St. Augustine Group Homes & Adams Acres Inc has a unique opportunity for you! We are open to working with BCBA’s, BCaBA’s or student analysts who are working towards their certification.
We serve adult individuals with multiple diagnoses (i.e. intellectual disabilities and mental health). As an analyst you can be a part of these amazing individual’s lives supporting them to be as independent as possible through residential habilitation. Our behavior analysts work in a team environment made up of several analysts and support staff, all of whom are committed to making a positive impact in reducing barriers and increasing their independence. COLLABORATION IS KEY: We collaborate with nursing, mental health counseling, and psychiatry in a unique setting including their mental health day program, group home, and community learning environments.
As a team member, you will carry a caseload of 1-3 group homes depending on availability. You would be responsible for writing behavior plans and completing functional assessments, training staff, data analysis, writing task analysis for residential habilitation programs, writing quarterly/annual reports, visiting your assigned group home 1x/week, and delivering reinforcement to your individuals. - Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or currently in school to obtain these certifications.
- Open to at least a part-time schedule
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Valid drivers’ license
- Must have superior behavior analytical skills, interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and organization skills.
- Responsible for the preparation and delivery of comprehensive quarterly and annual reports
- Be able to facilitate the development and implementation of behavior plans.
- Experience using evidence-based treatments with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Monitoring the implementation of treatment programs and adhere to compliance audits
- Assist with the training staff & ongoing monitoring of staff skills and treatment plans.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Provide support in crisis situations.
The Behavior Analyst position salary is dependent on education, experience, & available schedule and can be discussed further at time of interview.
- BCaBA starting salary - $60,000+
- BCBA starting salary - $80,000+
