Uncle Ramen is seeking line cooks for our West Wash Park location. We use traditional Japanese, Thai, Chinese and American techniques and ideas to create our menus. Speed, precision, attention to detail is a must and the appreciation of complexity in simplicity. We value team work, good attitudes, hospitality and the drive to get better as paramount to talent.
