Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans.

Perform advanced aesthetic procedures including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, laser treatments, IV therapy, and wellness services within scope of practice.

Deliver safe, evidence-based care while maintaining exceptional aesthetic outcomes.

Educate patients regarding treatment options, realistic expectations, risks, benefits, and post-treatment care.

Provide thorough pre- and post-treatment instructions.

Maintain continuity of care through proactive follow-up and patient retention efforts.

Accurately document all patient encounters in the electronic medical record in compliance with regulatory standards.

Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards.

Build and grow a loyal patient base through exceptional patient experiences and results.

Participate in developing new treatment offerings and wellness programs.

Identify opportunities to improve patient experience and operational efficiency.

Promote treatment plans, memberships, skincare products, and wellness programs that enhance patient outcomes.

Assist with developing promotional campaigns, events, and educational seminars.

Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives to support business growth.

Contribute ideas that help scale the practice while maintaining a luxury patient experience.

Serve as a trusted ambassador of the Cisne Wellness brand.

Participate in social media content creation including educational videos, treatment demonstrations, and before-and-after photography (with patient consent).

Maintain a professional online presence aligned with company branding.

Represent the practice at community events, educational programs, and promotional activities.

Foster a collaborative, positive, and patient-centered culture.

Participate in team meetings and continuing education.
-
Assist in maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and clinical protocols.

Mentor and support team members as the practice grows.

Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies according to company standards.

Current BLS Certification

Minimum of two years of aesthetic medicine experience

Advanced proficiency in cosmetic injectables

Experience with medical-grade skincare

Experience performing aesthetic consultations

Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment

Excellent clinical judgment and patient safety practices

Sciton laser experience
-
Hormone Replacement Therapy experience

Medical Weight Loss management

IV Therapy certification

PRP/PRF experience

Existing patient following or book of business

Experience building patient retention programs
