Responsibilities

- Support the culinary team in various cooking tasks, including chopping, slicing, and cooking ingredients.
- Help with menu planning and dietary needs as directed by senior kitchen staff.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other food preparation tools.
- Participate in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and dining areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during meal periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices and dietary guidelines.
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and menu planning is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as needed.
