Capon Services is a property maintenance company serving short-term rentals in the Branson area. We handle routine maintenance, minor repairs, and hot tub service across a growing portfolio of vacation rental properties. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented technician to join us part-time as a 1099 contractor, with hours increasing as the business grows.
What you'll do
- Light maintenance: changing light bulbs, installing door locks, replacing furnace filters, tightening hardware, minor repairs
- Hot tub service under the direction of a Certified Pool Operator: water testing, chemical balancing, cleaning, filter changes
- Pre-guest inspections to make sure properties are guest-ready
- Replacing lock and keypad batteries
- Stocking supplies and tracking inventory
- Unloading and organizing deliveries
- Other odd jobs as they come up
What we're looking for
- Detail-oriented- you notice the small stuff and don't walk past it
- Comfortable with basic hand tools and light repair work
- Reliable and able to work independently once you know the route
- Good communicator, we document what's done and flag what needs attention
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet
- Weekend availability is a plus but not required
- Hot tub or pool experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person

- $20 per hour
- 1099 independent contractor position
- Part-time to start, with the ability to move toward full-time hours as we grow
- Scheduling can include weekdays and weekends depending on property needs
- Room to grow into other roles as the team expands
