- $26 for SLED background check (must pass)
- $11 for 10 year driving record or go to DMV to get (which is $11 as well)
- Proof of Auto Insurance
- Have a valid Drivers License
- Social Security Card

Duties
- Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Support with specialized care needs such as Alzheimer’s, dementia, memory care, hospice, and long-term care environments
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks like laundry and cleaning as needed
