Pay Range: $55/hr - $60/hr

Job Type: Contract (8 weeks with possible extension)

Position Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall physical function. This role requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical conditions, mobility limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other rehabilitation techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted license as Physical Therapist of SC state
- BLS by AHA
- COVID card (Medical/Religious exemptions are accepted)
