- Fast-track advancement with mentorship from industry leaders and a clear path to senior roles.
- Collaborative, familial firm culture with genuine work-life balance and flexible scheduling.

The Role
As a Trial Attorney at Kash Legal Group, you will own your cases from intake through verdict. You will be expected to take cases to trial, not just to the courthouse steps. This is a first-chair role for someone who is ready to litigate aggressively and advocate powerfully for injured clients.
Responsibilities
- Serve as first-chair trial counsel on personal injury matters, including auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and fall, premises liability, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and insurance bad faith.
- Independently manage a litigation caseload from filing through trial, including all discovery, motions, and hearings in State and Federal courts.
- Propound and respond to discovery; prepare and defend depositions of clients, witnesses, and experts.
- Draft and argue motions, oppositions, pleadings, and trial briefs with precision and persuasion.
- Develop and execute trial strategy, including jury selection, opening and closing arguments, and examination of witnesses.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel, with authority to evaluate and recommend resolution strategy.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant state and federal case law, statutes, and regulations.
- Provide exceptional client communication and advocacy throughout the litigation process.
- Collaborate with and mentor junior attorneys and case management staff.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Minimum 7 years of personal injury litigation experience, with substantial first-chair trial experience required — we want to see verdicts, not just trial-ready files.
- Demonstrated track record of taking cases to trial and achieving favorable outcomes for plaintiffs.
- Strong command of California civil procedure, evidence rules, and personal injury law.
- Exceptional skills in oral advocacy, witness examination, jury communication, and courtroom presence.
- Experience drafting and arguing dispositive and pre-trial motions.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to evaluate case value and manage settlement strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Genuine empathy for clients and commitment to client-centered representation.
