A Brief Overview
Coordinates clinic operations and activities to ensure a smooth, efficient, and all customer responsive environment. Develops an operational knowledge of each role/function and assists each area in maintaining productivity and quality of service. Facilitates communication between, staff, patients and other clients. In collaboration with the Practice Manager, serves as a liaison with other team members in reconciling and resolving issues within the clinic operations area.
What you will do

Assists with supervising clinic operations and functions to facilitate smooth operation. Maintains operational knowledge of all roles and responsibilities. Makes recommendations and initiates efforts as needed to improve quality safety, and cleanliness in work environment. Communicates policy/protocol changes to staff. Provides input on staff performance to manager/director to assist with the completion of performance appraisals.

Identifies and appropriately assigns tasks to staff to ensure productivity and quality of service. Follows-up to ensure proper completion of assigned tasks.

Coordinates with staff to ensure continuous phone coverage of the Center. Demonstrates excellent customer-responsive phone skills and monitors phone skills for staff compliance.

Receives complaints related to operations services and provides initial investigation of issues. Initiates follow up utilizing customer responsiveness skills to ensure corrective action is taken in a timely manner. Reports resolution to Manager.

Performs research and provides administrative support to Manager/Director for special projects. Compiles and analyzes data, prepares reports.

Monitors inventory of supplies. Ensures supplies are readily available. Completes necessary requisitions to re-order supplies. Ensures supply costs remain within budget limits.

Reviews time/attendance records for the Center. Submits to Payroll in an appropriate and timely manner.

Provides operational oversight and leadership for multiple locations across the network to ensure consistency, quality, and performance standards are met.

Assists with the interviewing process of prospective applicants for open positions and submits hiring recommendation to the Manager/Director.

Maintains total confidentiality of information.

Provides secondary staffing functions for the center.

Qualifications
-
Bachelor's Degree In Business, HealthCare Administration, Finance, Accounting or related area Preferred and

Bachelor's Degree Prior directly related work experience may be used lieu of Bachelor’s Degree Required
-
Minimum 2 years experience Related experience in a clinical practice, insurance, collections, coding, or related area in a healthcare environment Required
