Grit PPO is a leading outsourced call center and BPO provider specializing in customer support and sales services for pest control, tree/lawn, and wildlife management businesses. As a Part-Time Telemarketer / Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and expanding our clients' customer base through effective outbound calling and persuasive sales techniques.
In this position, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team, engaging prospective customers and converting leads into sales. Your efforts will directly impact our clients' success and contribute to the high-quality service that Grit PPO is known for.
Key responsibilities include:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to qualify leads and solidify sales

Pitch services and products, handle objections, and close sales

Meet daily and weekly call volume and conversion targets

Log calls, notes, and outcomes accurately in the CRM
Requirements
Required Qualifications:

1–2 years of call center, telemarketing, or inside sales experience

Proven experience closing sales over the phone

Experience making outbound sales calls to warm leads or previously quoted/interested prospects

Experience using a CRM for accurate call logging and data entry

Experience handling sales objections and negotiating to close over the phone

English proficiency sufficient for professional phone-based sales conversations

Authorized to work in the United States

Available to work 20–25 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using Five9 dialer/call center software

Experience selling consumer services via phone (such as home services)
