SUMMARY: Manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity. The Warehouse Supervisor's responsibilities include supervising employees, coordinating logistical processes, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience: Warehouse supervisor or a similar management position.
Electronic inventory management system
Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.

- Regularly required to use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of materials.
2. Manage daily Shipping and Receiving activities
3. Move inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse, coordinating inventory transfers with related departments.
4. Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity.
5. Check orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts, reconciling variances, and inputting data
7. Work with Inventory Manager to order supplies and maintain suitable inventory levels.
- Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
- Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities; assisting with human resources objectives selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job performance adhering to policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and maintain fleets and equipment.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments and customers.
- Conduct daily inspection of warehouse and grounds
- Maintain records, report relevant information, and prepare any necessary documentation.
- Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
