KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock your station with all necessary ingredients before service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures at all times
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining consistency and quality
- Assist with food preparation, inventory, and restocking as needed
- Ensure dishes are plated accurately and meet presentation standards
- Communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen team members to ensure smooth service
- Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen environment
What We Are Looking For?
- Solid experience working as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization
- Reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen team
- 2 Years of Line Cook Experience
