Position Overview:
We are seeking a caring, creative, and dedicated Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children, an understanding of child development, and the ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities that support growth in social, emotional, physical, and cognitive skills.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
- Collaborate with team members to support children’s individual needs and program goals.
- Communicate regularly with families about children’s progress, experiences, and developmental milestones.
- Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Document observations and assessments to track child development and guide instruction.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (or working toward one).
- Previous experience in an early childhood classroom is preferred.
- Knowledge of child development principles and developmentally appropriate practices.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to meet state licensing requirements.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
