Warren General Hospital is seeking reliable individuals to assist with housekeeping and custodial duties, such as:
- High dusting horizontal and vertical surfaces
- Disinfect surfaces with approved germicidal cleaner
- Must follow directions of cleaning chemicals correctly and use safely
- Removal of all municipal, infectious and chemotherapy waste from work area
- Dry mop and wet mop any tile, vinyl or concrete flooring
- Vacuum and edge clean carpeted areas
- Cleaning patient discharge beds and stands. Make bed with clean linen
- Clean, maintain and operate equipment in a safe manner (floor cleaners, sweepers, shredder)
This is a casual (per diem) opportunity with variable (as-needed) shifts that can lead to a full-time position for the right candidate!
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school education or equivalent
- Flexibility to work varying hours, weekends and holidays
