Family Caregiver – Get Paid to Care for Your Loved One
Do you have a family member in Michigan who is on Medicaid and needs help at home?
You may be eligible to get paid to care for your own family member.
We are looking for family members who want to take care of their loved ones and get paid for providing that care. This is NOT a traditional caregiver job — you do not need to look for a client or be assigned to a stranger.
This opportunity may be for you if:
- You have a family member who lives in Michigan
- Your family member is enrolled in Medicaid
- Your family member needs help with daily activities or personal care
- You want to care for your family member yourself
- You would like to get paid for the care you are already providing
Who We Are Looking For
We are specifically looking for family members of Medicaid beneficiaries, including spouses, adult children, parents, siblings, grandchildren, and other eligible relatives who want to provide care for their loved one.
You should NOT apply if you are simply looking for a regular caregiver job.

Basic Eligibility
To be considered, you must have a family member who:
- Lives in Michigan
- Is enrolled in Medicaid
- Requires assistance with eligible care needs
