About the Role
Four Seasons Nashville is seeking a Director of Banquets who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading high-performing teams. This role is responsible for overseeing all banquet operations, ensuring flawless execution of events, maintaining Four Seasons service standards, and driving operational excellence and financial performance across the department.
What You Will Do

Lead, train, develop, and motivate banquet employees, supervisors, and assistant managers to uphold Four Seasons cultural and service standards.

Provide strategic leadership and long-range planning for banquet operations.

Maintain a visible presence throughout operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and addressing guest concerns, special requests, and client needs.

Coordinate banquet and off-site event setup requirements in accordance with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).

Partner closely with Catering, Conference Services, Food & Beverage, and Culinary teams to ensure successful event execution.

Ensure the quality, presentation, and timely delivery of all food and beverage offerings.

Collaborate on menu and beverage program development while maintaining quality and value standards.

Manage labor costs, scheduling, budgeting, inventory, purchasing, and operating expenses to achieve financial objectives.

Monitor banquet facilities and equipment, recommending improvements and ensuring a safe, well-maintained environment.

Attend and contribute to operational meetings to foster effective interdepartmental communication and collaboration.
What You Bring-
Three to five years of progressive leadership experience in banquet operations, hotel food and beverage, or a related hospitality environment.

Strong knowledge of banquet service standards, event execution, labor management, and cost control.

Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.

Professional proficiency in English, both verbal and written.

Legal authorization to work in the United States.
