Responsibilities
- Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair extensions.
- Utilize knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for clients.
- Perform hair threading and barbering services as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure a welcoming environment for clients.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments through Salon Iris and managing client inquiries.
- Promote retail products and services to enhance the client experience and drive sales.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques to offer innovative services.
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology license is required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience with retail sales and retail math is preferred to assist in product promotions.
- Familiarity with Salon Iris software is a plus for scheduling and client management.
