Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, personable and sharp doorman/door host to join our team at Lo Key! As the first face our guests see, you'll set the tone for an unforgettable night. You'll help maintain a safe, welcoming, and classy atmosphere while keeping things smooth and low key.
What you’ll do:
- Greet and check in guests with a warm, professional presence
- Manage the door, guest list, and capacity
- ID verification and age compliance
- Handle minor conflicts calmly and professionally
What we’re looking for:
- Previous door/host/security experience preferred (bar, lounge, or club)
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly but firm demeanor
- Strong communication and de-escalation abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work Friday and Saturday nights
- Must be 21+ and comfortable standing for long periods
- Clean, professional appearance and personal style which always includes a smile!
