Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking, and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team! If you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and helping create a safe and comfortable home for residents, we’d love to hear from you.
In this role, you’ll handle a variety of maintenance tasks, work alongside a supportive team, and play an important part in keeping our community running smoothly. We value team members who take pride in their work, provide great customer service, and are eager to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Complete routine maintenance and repairs in occupied and vacant apartments
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance issues
- Prepare apartments for new residents, including painting and basic repairs
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition
- Work closely with property management and other team members
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous apartment maintenance or related maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and appliance repair
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- HVAC certification is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
