Overview
Brainiac Marketing Inc. is hiring experienced and motivated individuals for our AT&T Account Manager position.
This is a fully in-person, face-to-face role where you’ll manage customer relationships, guide service activations, and ensure a smooth experience with AT&T’s Fiber Internet, Wireless, and Streaming products.
As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of your clients’ needs, from consultation to completion, while mentoring junior team members and supporting overall store performance. This role is ideal for professionals looking to combine account management, leadership, and sales expertise within a fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with customers face-to-face to review account details, recommend upgrades, and resolve service concerns.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure satisfaction through consistent communication.
- Oversee day-to-day account activity and coordinate with internal support teams.
- Lead by example and assist in developing newer representatives.
- Participate in workshops, leadership meetings, and strategy sessions.
- Contribute to store performance goals and create improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor and confidence in customer interactions.
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or leadership preferred.
- Reliable, organized, and motivated to grow within a leadership path.
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college background preferred).
- Must be available for a full-time schedule, including weekends.
