Responsible for overall agency maintenance and general upkeep for agency facilities, grounds, vehicles, horse arena, and any associated properties or structures.
Essential Functions:

Maintenance and general upkeep for agency facilities, grounds, and associated properties or structures.

Assist the Maintenance Coordinator with agency-wide training regarding facilities maintenance, vehicle safety, and general safety requirements.

Performs tasks associated with all agency facilities, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and groundskeeping.

Maintenance of agency fire suppression systems.
-
Maintenance and general upkeep of all agency vehicles, water, and sewer lines.

Organizes and maintains maintenance facility in a safe, organized, and presentable appearance.

Safely manages and operates all tools and equipment for the maintenance activity performed.
Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or GED required.

Minimum 21 years of age at the time of hire.

Driving record of no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in any combination in the past three years and no major moving violations within the past three years.

Clear background and child abuse registry checks.
-
A minimum of 2 years experience related to property, building, structural, ground and landscaping, and vehicle maintenance.

Knowledge and application of tools associated with trade.
