Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Production Associate to join our manufacturing cabinet team. This position supports daily production activities, assists with cabinet assembly and finishing, maintains quality standards, and helps ensure an organized, safe, and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- · Assist with daily manufacturing and production operations.
- · Cabinet assembly, preparation, and finishing processes.
- · Organize materials to keep production running efficiently.
- · Read and follow work orders and production instructions.
- · Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- · Package, label, and prepare completed products for delivery.
- · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- · Follow all company safety policies and procedures (PPE provided).
- · Assist coworkers with production tasks as needed.
- · Update and maintain production records and ERP data when required.
- · Provide support to the Production Manager and assist with production oversight when necessary.
Qualifications
- · High school diploma or GED preferred.
- · Basic math and measuring skills, including the ability to read a tape measure.
- · Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- · Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
- · Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment.
- · English required; bilingual is a plus.
- · Experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or manufacturing is preferred.
- · Must be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
