Job Title: Clinician (DDS Residential & Community-Based Services)

Reports to: Chief Program Officer
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 (Based on Experience)

Victory Human Services (VHS) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinician to provide high-quality mental and behavioral health services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Position Overview
The Clinician delivers a continuum of clinical and behavioral health services within residential and community settings, using evidence-based, person-centered approaches.
This role requires strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and adherence to Department of Developmental Services (DDS) standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments, psychosocial assessments, and evaluations
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans
- Analyze data and adjust interventions to ensure measurable outcomes
- Provide coaching and training to residential staff and caregivers
- Participate in ISP meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
- Deliver staff trainings on behavior management, crisis intervention, and safety
- Serve as a clinical resource to leadership and program teams
- Travel to residential and community-based locations as needed
Qualifications
Required
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Behavior Analysis, or related field
- Active licensure or certification (BCBA, LMHC, LICSW, Psychologist, etc.)
- 2+ years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Experience developing behavior support plans and conducting assessments
- Knowledge of DDS regulations and community-based care models
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred
- Experience with Positive Behavior Support (PBS)
- Trauma-informed care experience
- Experience with co-occurring mental health conditions
- Clinical supervision and staff training experience
