Job Title: Receptionist
Department: Administration
Reports To: Human Resource Manager
Position Summary: The primary purpose of the Receptionist is to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, vendors, and other visitors to the facility. They provide administrative support and customer service to help ensure the facility runs smoothly and maintains a warm, welcoming environment.

Education, Training and Experience Requirements:
- Highschool Diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous experience as a receptionist or other related work is preferred
Essential Job Duties:
- Answering incoming calls
- Writing down and passing along messages to staff when they are available
- Inputting door security code to let visitors and staff in and out of the facility
- Directing visitors to their desired destination
- Minor housekeeping of the front lobby area
- Minimal assistance with residents with tasks such as dialing phones, answering questions, opening mail/packages upon request, etc.
- Reporting issues/concerns to management or charge nurses as appropriate
- Intake and delivery of mail or packages
- Assisting administrative staff in organizing files or records upon request
Current Shift Opening: Tuesdays-Fridays, 7:30am-6pm
