Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a variety of healthcare settings, including behavioral health, ophthalmology, and family planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist with minor procedures such as Botox injections and dermal fillers.
- Conduct health coaching and education for patients.
- Document patient information accurately and timely using electronic medical record systems such as Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, and Cerner.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Assist with the coordination of durable medical equipment (DME) for patients.
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the state of [Location].
- Experience working in behavioral health, ophthalmology, or family planning settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with administering Botox injections and dermal fillers is a plus.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems such as Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, and Cerner.
