Our client, a growing company in the food and beverage industry, is looking for an Outside Sales Associate.
【Position】Outside Sales Associate (Chinese Bilingual)
【Location】Chamblee, GA
【Compensation】$50,000-$60,000 + Commission
【Schedule】Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
【Hiring Style】Direct hiring, Full-time

Responsibilities:
・Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
・Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
・Identify and acquire new customers through networking, cold calling, and other methods.
・Conduct market research and develop sales strategies for the assigned territory.
・Visit customers and prospects to provide product information, support, and sales.
・Coordinate with Accounting, Purchasing, Warehouse, and other teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
・Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and handle customer complaints.
・Coordinate urgent deliveries and support customer needs.
・Educate customers on products and identify opportunities to increase sales.
・Maintain accurate customer and order information in the company database.
・Attend weekly sales meetings, inventory counts, and company events as needed.
Qualifications:
・Business-level Chinese and English required.
・Business-level Cantonese is a plus.
・Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
・High School Diploma required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
・Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
・Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
・Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
・Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
・Ability to travel within or outside of Georgia as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
