Duties

- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, blenders, and food processors
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment to meet food safety standards in production and handling
- Support the kitchen staff by organizing ingredients and supplies for efficient meal assembly and service
- Follow food safety management protocols to ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are upheld at all times

Skills
- Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable
